Presponsieve (“the App”) is a product of M.A.M.A.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any features of the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. - Digital Twin Functionality
The digital twin is a simulation based on the data you provide. It is an AI-generated model and does not represent actual thoughts, feelings, or intentions of any real person. Results are approximations and should be treated as such. - No Professional Advice
Digital twin insights do not constitute HR, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. - Decision Support Only
Reports and simulations are decision support. They must not be the sole basis for any decision about hiring, promotion, termination, pay, or any other decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person. A qualified person must review the output alongside other information and make the decision. - User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for actions based on outputs from the App. We are not liable for decisions made or consequences arising from use of digital twin simulations. - Input Accuracy
We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect data input. The quality of outputs depends on the accuracy of information you provide. - AI Variability
Outputs may vary between sessions due to the nature of AI models. We do not guarantee consistent or identical results across different uses. - Intellectual Property
All models and algorithms belong to us. You retain ownership of data you input, and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the App to you. - Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App for unlawful or unconsented recording, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or any illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. - Third-Party Services
We are not liable for third-party provider actions, service interruptions, or data breaches occurring outside our direct control. - Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. - Updates to Terms
