Presponsieve (“the App”) is a product of M.A.M.A.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. User Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local recording laws before recording any conversation or individual. This includes obtaining proper consent where required.
2. Two-Party Consent States
   Some states require consent from all parties before recording. These include (but are not limited to): California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington. This list is not exhaustive. You must verify the laws in your jurisdiction before recording.
3. Company Non-Liability
   We assume no liability for unlawful recording or misuse of recorded content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of recording features.
4. Uploading Content
   You affirm that uploaded content is permitted and legal. You represent and warrant that: You have the right to upload and share all content; All recordings were obtained legally and with proper consent; Content does not violate any third-party rights; You will not upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
