Presponsieve (“the App”) is a product of M.A.M.A.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).

  1. Overview
    This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.
  2. Data We Collect
    We collect the following types of data: Personal information (name, email, account details); Uploads (text, audio, transcripts, documents); Digital twin data (personality profiles, behavioral patterns); Usage data (interactions, session logs, feature usage); Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system).
  3. Sensitive Data Processing
    You consent to processing of personality and behavioral attributes derived from your inputs. This data is used solely to generate the profiles and simulations you request.
  4. How We Use Data
    Your data is used to: Generate the personality profiles and simulations you request; Operate, secure, and maintain the App and prevent fraud; Provide customer support. We do not use your uploads, or the profiles and simulations generated from them, to train AI models.
  5. Data Storage & Security
    Data stored securely using industry-standard encryption. However, no system is risk-free. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  6. Data Sharing
    Data may be shared with: Cloud providers (for hosting, storage, and speech-to-text transcription); AI model providers (to generate simulation and conversation responses, under terms that do not allow them to train on your data); Legal authorities (when required by law). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  7. User Rights
    You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Contact us at privacy@mamaai.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
  8. International Users
    International users must comply with local laws regarding data privacy. Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction.
  9. Data Retention
    Data retained as needed for service provision, legal compliance, and business operations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.
  10. Changes to This Policy
    Updates become effective upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
